Check Your iPhone’s IOS Version Is Updated

Reboot Your iPhone

It is possible for AirPods to become stuck in pairing mode, so in that case, the status light will continue to glow white and the charging case button will no longer function. If this occurs, the initial step you should take is to reset your AirPods.
- Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and select “Forget this Device.”
- Place both AirPods in their respective case and open the top.
- Press and hold the little setup button on the case’s rear for 10 to 20 seconds, or until the status, light begins to blink amber.
- When the indicator light blinks amber three times, release the setup button.
- Press and hold the setup button until the white status indicator flashes. Your AirPods should appear in your device’s Bluetooth settings; if you’re using an iPhone or iPad, auto-pairing should start.
